What are EZ-fill® ready-to-use (RTU) vials?

What vial sizes are available?

What's the difference between Nest & Tub and Tray packaging?

Both packaging formats are designed to support aseptic filling while accommodating different production needs.

  • Nest & Tub securely holds each vial in place, making it ideal for manual and semi-automated filling while supporting FDA guidance for 503A batch compounding.
  • Tray packaging is designed for automated filling operations and is available in multiple orientations to accommodate different filling equipment.

What are EZ-fill® vials made from?

Are EZ-fill® vials suitable for peptides, hormones, and other sensitive formulations?

Can EZ-fill® vials be used for lyophilized products?

Which stoppers and seals are compatible?

EZ-fill® vials are compatible with a variety of bromobutyl and chlorobutyl rubber stoppers, including lyophilization stoppers, as well as standard aluminum flip-off seals.

Are EZ-fill® vials compatible with automated filling equipment?

Yes. Both Nest & Tub and Tray formats integrate with a wide range of manual, semi-automated, and automated aseptic filling systems, allowing workflows to scale as production needs evolve.
